VANCOUVER, Wash — Linda Jean Martin Gorretta, a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish here, died Oct. 27 of cancer. She was 65.
Mrs. Gorretta was born June 13, 1943, in Portland. She was a homemaker. She was a graduate of the University of Oregon.

REDMOND — Stanley Jerome Sturza, a member of St. Thomas Parish here, died Nov. 11 of cancer. He was 78.

Holy Names Sister Dorothy Altman (Miriam Beatrice), who served throughout Oregon, died Nov. 1. She was 87.
Sister Altman was born Feb. 22, 1921, in Spokane, Wash. In 1943, she entered the Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary at Marylhurst.

Olive Monica Aguirre Graff, a member of St. Patrick Parish in Northwest Portland, died Nov. 7 of natural causes. She was 87.

VANCOUVER, Wash. — James Doering, a member of St. Henry Parish in Gresham, died Nov. 2. He was 78.

Edward Stanton, a member of St. Mary Cathedral Parish in Northwest Portland, died Oct. 28. He was 77.

Gregory Joseph Jacobs, a member of St. Mary Magdalene Parish in Northeast Portland, died Oct. 28 from a stroke. He was 55.

Robert H. Fisher, a member of St. Charles Parish in Northeast Portland, died Nov. 4 of cancer. He was 54.

ROY — Willis Anthony Meeuwsen, a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish here, died Nov. 2. He was 62.
