Monday, Sept. 27, 9-11 p.m. EDT (PBS) "Citizen Hearst." First episode of a two-part profile of newspaper mogul William Randolph Hearst (1863-1951). The biography concludes Tuesday, Sept. 28, 9-11 p.m. EDT. An "American Experience" presentation (TV-PG — parental guidance suggested).

Thursday, Sept. 30, 3-6 p.m. EDT (EWTN) "Mass of Ordination and Installation." Live coverage as Father John C. Iffert becomes the 11th Bishop of Covington, Kentucky. Part of the series "Cathedrals Across America" (TV-G — general audience).

Friday, Oct. 1, 9-10:30 p.m. EDT (PBS) "The Kennedy Center at 50." Concert celebrating the 50th anniversary of Washington, D.C.'s John F. Kennedy Memorial Center for the Performing Arts.

Saturday, Oct. 2, 6:30-7 p.m. EDT (EWTN) "Turley Talks." Series host Kevin Turley welcomes journalist Edward Pentin, Rome correspondent for the National Catholic Register (TV-G — general audience).
