Continuing conversion is the theme as Father Tim Furlow, pastor of St. Patrick Parish in Northwest Portland, leads an online day of renewal Saturday, April 24, 11 a.m.-3:15 p.m. The Western Oregon Catholic Charismatic Renewal Service Team has organized the retreat, which is free of charge. Dave and Dawn Bentz will provide music.

Father Furlow, who was part of a core prayer team when enrolled at Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio, will examine the Greek word metanoia, which literally translates to “afterthought.” In faith, metanoia means a turning or repentance.
