When illness, loss of employment, civil unrest and other adversities arise, we look for solutions for our unsettled feelings. This interactive virtual Zoom session, presented by the Northwest Catholic Counseling Center, provides tools for identifying sources of anxiety.

Mark your calendar for Saturday, Aug. 15. Counselor Mark Walker will teach attendees how to make use of methods of coping with anxiety. The session runs from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. The cost is $30 per household. Hardship scholarships are available upon request. Pre-registration is required. Call 503-253-0964 or register online at nwcounseling.org/services/workshops .

An email with links for access will be sent to participants on the day of the workshop. The workshop fee is non-refundable. It will remain a workshop credit for six months.
