SPRINGFIELD — The new executive director of Catholic Community Services of Lane County most recently led operations for four homeless shelters and four community centers for Catholic Charities of Los Angeles.

Lorri Perreault also led healthcare organizations and worked to fund and organize volunteer mission teams in Guatemala.

“Bringing a deep-seated passion for the work and many learnings from Catholic Charities of Los Angeles, I will strive to champion a well-run, hope-illuminating agency highly respected and known for its integrity, innovation, connection, and responsiveness to the needs of the Lane County communities,” Perreault said.

The agency’s board and staff issued a statement of thanks to Tim Cling, who served as interim executive director and worked with the board of directors to find a permanent executive director.

Catholic Community Services of Lane County celebrates its 70th anniversary this year. Today, the agency’s work includes services such as family casework and immediate relief in the form of food and clothing.
