MYRTLE CREEK — Father Karl Schray, administrator of All Souls Parish here, fashioned an image and a prayer for parishioners to say together during the Year of St. Joseph. Arranged with a clip art image of Jesus and his foster father, the simple petition is a compilation of the priest’s own words and a prayer to the carpenter-saint said at the end of the rosary.

The prayer: “Hail Joseph, Son of David, Spouse of Mary, Blessed Patron of the Church and Protector of Your Holy Family. Holy Joseph, Guardian of Jesus, pray that, like you, we may die in the arms of Jesus and Mary. Amen.”
