One of the striking characteristics of all non-Catholic sects is the utter lack of logic which they display. “I think that certain parts of the Bible are expressions of Divine truth therefore I am free to put my own views into them.”

In other words, "I think the Bible means this; therefore, this is its meaning.”

No difference between truth and error in religion? Such a doctrine as this is a blasphemy against God, because it makes error equally as acceptable to God as truth. Such theory is an insult to Christ, who spent three years of His public life in teaching definite religious and moral doctrines. Such vague and inane notions are a disgrace to an intelligent mind, which naturally seeks truth — in science, in mathematics, in history, on every subject, including religion.
