Regarding “60 years a priest,” May 6, Pages 4-5:

In Italy they say someone like Ken Steiner, Auxiliary Bishop, is as good as bread.

His 60 years as a priest testifies to this. I found it especially uplifting to learn about his heroes and role models, all of whom, like him, would fit the profile of pastoral-focused disciples prized by Francis, our Pope. Thank you for your excellent coverage.
