As a young adult, I got away from reading Scripture. Then I realized I knew just enough to be dangerous and not enough to be effective when someone challenged my faith.

I believe all Christians need to stop getting their ideas of what is right and wrong from society and instead see what God has to say about how we are to conduct ourselves. If we learn Scripture, we will not be fooled by the world’s definitions of right and wrong and how we are to conduct ourselves on any given subject, from interpersonal relationships to how to take care of our environment. This is why our society is in such chaos and trending toward unbelief.

Consider daily Scripture reading as an antidote to the lies Satan is perpetrating through the world’s definition of right and wrong.
