The pro-choice argument based upon a woman having the right to her own body has a marvelously appealing ring to it. What woman or for that matter, man, doesn't think this applies to them?

The context is truly individual. How American can you get? So why all the fuss?

Because conjugal union between a man and woman may be private, but individual it is not. It is a social act. Rights transform reflecting the necessary social implications. Me becomes we — the rights of the woman, the man and the prospective child.
