Regarding Catholic Schools Week coverage, Jan. 17, Pages 7-23:

I fear our Catholic schools may have run a race to the bottom in an effort to keep up with STEM education like the public schools. They have long since forgotten their roots in classical education. There is a wide network of classical schools now, not all Catholic. Before modern progressivism, classical education was the only model of learning. And thanks to St. Augustine, the Catholic Church owned it.

Silicon Valley leaders readily admit they’d rather hire a liberal arts graduate who can think and communicate over any other. Whereas, that robotics project is already outdated.
